Customer service stands out: their sales staff and technical support are knowledgeable and helpful, especially when discussing special orders, difficult sequences, or scale‐up. Overall, AAPPTEC & ACT combines strong expertise, reliable quality, and good value. I’d highly recommend them for anyone needing peptides or peptide synthesis tools.
