Management ( Country + Regional) Extermely improfessional, no management skills, no people skills. HR for namesake(doesnt practicall exist). OEC is only on paper, but the management finds ways to bypass and cheat the system. Forced resignations, terminations of good employees. Alot of Racism, lack of growth due to racism!
