Vantaggi

Great salary (note - there is a wide range for each grade, make sure you negotiate), 3 weeks vacation with option to purchase 1 extra week, pension plan, good 401k match. Lots of opportunities as this is a huge company. Subsidized cafeterias so food is relatively cheap

Svantaggi

Where to start... incredibly toxic work environment (managers feel comfortable mocking employees for taking time off) zero work from home policy with no plans to change, they work you from sunup to sun down, buildings are outdated, and everything is one big political cesspool. Not a good place to be if you want to move up in one specific department - you have to hop around a lot (or wait forever to be promoted). To note, I have heard that the sales teams are the opposite and actually nice to work for, but every other department I encountered had the same gripes. There continues to be a mass exodus from my department.
