Vantaggi

They used to be a good place to work. Key word used. I can't think of any reason anybody would want to remain in that place. Everything good about it is in the past. Bonuses have become a carrot trick, benefits become more laughable each year, and management is a bunch of two faced liars from the top down. They are gradually cancelling every single R&D project and think people are so stupid that they can't see what is going on.

Svantaggi

They are the corporate equivalent of a dairy farm. They bring in cows, milk them to death and send what's left to be chopped for ground beef. When they say lean, they mean anorexic. Their departments are so anemic that even when they have gross legal and ethical issues, they can't enforce their own HR policies because if they fire the wrong cronies, it all falls apart. There used to be great opportunity. Now those who remain because they haven't found a way out or haven't been part of the quarterly lay off that has been going for years now are mostly as dysfunctional as it gets, and you aren't going anywhere if it isn't out.
