RH inaccessible et déconnectée des réalités terrains : ne prend pas en compte les considérations des salariés ou les mauvaises pratiques (même harcèlement) par les managers ou encore les inégalités remontées. Ambiances variantes selon les divisions. Divisions très cloisonnées et ne communiquant pas entre elles. Process obscurs et complexes, outils multiples. Traitement de faveur suivant la division et manager (maintien bonus, homeoffice, ressources,…), on a donc pas tous les mêmes avantages alors que même situation et ça sans explication !!
