Very structured work day with set factory hours. Clean, well lit work environments with music playing on factory floor. Plenty of work to be done. As a small company, plenty of opportunities to wear many "hats." Actively modernizing processes to streamline production, better predict accurate ship dates, and manage work flow. Very low product returns; very high quality of company products.

Very little to no training. No opportunities for advancement. Experiencing growing pains. Understaffed, particularly in engineering. Small facility that feels cramped. No vending machines or onsite food services. Not a great part of town. Business growth hampered by lack of engineering staff. Management overburdened with work leading to a lack of communication meetings. Engineering assigned all product troubleshooting.

None, since I wasn't there long enough. The only good party was the contracting company, had my back and behaved with a professional attitude, and paid me what was owed for the time I worked there.

It took about two and half weeks from the starting interview to the date to start working. Completely passed background check, drug test, on site skill test, previous working history check with clear evidence. They had me do an entire day of training. Management made false promises of the dates and times to show up for work. Terminated my contract on the weekend without giving me a call, any explanation, or reason why. That is unprofessional management behavior, and this is clearly a very volatile working place, and would advice new applicants to be careful when dealing with this company. Any at-will contract they will clearly use against the employee to terminate them without any explanation.
