Impossible to get anything done. Upper management is extremely restrictive and untrusting. Almost anything requires a NOC approval which goes all the way to the president of Abengoa, even something as simple as purchasing a $900 piece of equipment if it does not fall into standard payment terms. Payment terms are extremely restrictive (180+ days) which essentially is a short term loan from suppliers which got the company in trouble for way over extending debt and misclassifying debt. Raises are poorly managed with compensation for promotions expected to be taken on faith or empty promises and most likely ending in disappointment.
