The senior managers are particularly untrustworthy—frequently spreading rumors about current employees, while expecting those same individuals to maintain strict confidentiality. Alarmingly, managers have also been known to speak disparagingly and share false information about former team members during formal meetings. This pattern of behavior fosters a culture of fear, distrust, and low morale, making it an unhealthy environment for professional growth.
