Pretty good salary from my experience, with insurance also.

- During communications it is expected to be a minimum 12 month contract, but in the signed contract it is actually not fixed (if the client company does not want to extend after 3 months, they don't have to, with 1 month notice). - No culture by itself. You have more contact and bond with the client company more than Abhidi itself.

Lack of Basic Hygiene Facilities: Despite repeated complaints, the company neglects essential hygiene and cleanliness standards. The office suffers from a persistent cockroach infestation. Additionally, even basic supplies like tissues are severely rationed, with a restrictive policy allowing only two packets per day for the entire team — a clear indication of disregard for employee well-being. Toxic and Unethical Management Practices: The management culture is deeply toxic and unprofessional. Leaders often engage in manipulative behavior, deliberately pitting employees against one another to create internal conflict. The senior managers are particularly untrustworthy—frequently spreading rumors about current employees, while expecting those same individuals to maintain strict confidentiality. Alarmingly, managers have also been known to speak disparagingly and share false information about former team members during formal meetings. This pattern of behavior fosters a culture of fear, distrust, and low morale, making it an unhealthy environment for professional growth.
