- No real people management - No proper training for certain tasks needed (management, etc) - Employees asked to work during the week end with no clear financial advantage - Frequents burn out/general fatigue

Hierarchical and structured environment that does not nurture team work, collaboration and honesty. Toxic culture and toxic, arrogant managers. Promises to employees not being kept and their mental and physical health is disregarded - especially during covid. Bad level of english for almost all employees. A start-up company with nothing like a start-up's energy and mentality.
