- No real people management - No proper training for certain tasks needed (management, etc) - Employees asked to work during the week end with no clear financial advantage - Frequents burn out/general fatigue

Good atmosphere/workplace environment Good pay for an internship Competent higher level management (R&D lead, CTO, CSO)

- was managed by a new manager lacking experience, so organization was not the best at the time - many projects in parallel, not all of them are interesting.
