Could see the downward trajectory coming a mile away. From a business standpoint, there was a lack of legit new business pipeline that was apparent in 2023. From a culture standpoint, it appeared to unravel rapidly in 2023.
Heavy bro culture, misogyny is rather insidious. This reflects Andy’s “leadership” which also explains the culture eroding.
Chasing VC firms was a poor growth strategy. It has and will continue to have a negative effect on the company. The lack of accountability for this strategy speaks volumes.
With Mike not involved, the company is like the Titanic. Mike is a true leader whereas Andy is not. Andy will end up running the company into the ground.
