Very micro managed. ETW is a underdeveloped program that relies heavily on the opinions of the person who scores you. It is very subjective scoring from manager to manager or focal to focal. One person may think you are great, and another may think you are terrible. Or for example, if you bust your butt every day and have a single shortcoming, you will score a 7. If john doe never does anything and suddenly picks up a piece of trash off the floor, he is also a 7.
