1. Creating a manager enablement program that addresses feedback we've received org-wide. We’re committed to creating an environment where our employees can thrive, and we know that can’t happen without effective, well-trained managers to guide them.
2. Continuing to establish and improve our performance review cycles to create an open feedback loop for employees, their managers, and their peers.
3. Establish clear career ladders across all teams at Abnormal in order to create more advancement opportunities for current employees. We also have active plans to support this by developing formal training, educational, and development programs.
