The company is growing fast and has a great international presence. They have offices in Woodstock, London, Germany, and China. They don't seem to have any direct competition, and they're customer demand is always growing; so there's plenty of room to grow. Management likes to do little things like free lunches, free snacks, espresso machine, and social nights (beer nights). The company is very stable financially, and covers 90% of health insurance costs for employees and family. The insurance has a low deductible and no co-insurance, and they provide 15 days of PTO to start. Also, for most people, getting to the office means going away from traffic. Managers expect a lot, but I think they treat people fairly. There is a lot that can be learned here, including providing software as a service, database management, project management, shipping and logistics, and international business.

There is a big learning curve for most roles, and some people still wear multiple hats. They also don't have some of the benefits of larger companies, but along with that, employees still have a name and not a number.
