-Telecommute position -Minimal intrusiveness (no constant phone calls or meetings) -Flexible schedule, work when you want -Great if you need some extra money

-Had several changes in who I reported to that got old and confusing -Different managers had different criteria for what they were looking for -Can be isolating to work in a telecommute position -Limit of hours per month, work did not change and was mind-numbing.
