When senior management brings back an employee after receiving overwhelming feedback of that person’s hostility, negativity, and bullying, you know the company culture is just a marketing campaign not the fundamental core value this company was built on.
In fact the Raleigh office mid and uppermost echelon openly throw customer support under the bus to customers and pride themselves on not assimilating with the former penguin culture.
To say morale is low is an understatement.
They’re doing a disastrous job of hiring strong upper management. Just in the past 2 years alone, customer support has had 4 managers come and go and the new one has no accountability, sketchy hiring practices, takes no responsibility and lacks transparency.
