An extremely mismanaged company with no future strategy. No communication of the Engagement Managers and Directors with Clients regarding contract extensions and projects No long term projects. HR is unprofessional and incompetent. They will not follow local policies based on the job location which will affect you in the long run. EDIT: It seems like someone has already written an accurate review of the company. It is advisable to avoid this company. If you want to join an Indian Management Consulting firm there are a lot of good options like Fractal Analytics and Mu-Sigma. Avoid this company.
