Flexible working schedule and they used to care for their workers.

Management has their heads so far up their... that they will push out and force to quit if you don't meet their unrealistic productivity goals. They're violating so many regulations per the FAA just so their numbers look better. Instead of properly replacing their components, they replace broken components with old and used ones and call it a day. If an inspector were to show unannounced they would be in big trouble,
