I want to recognize that my review is purely based upon my own experiences and the experiences of several of my colleagues. I will save my personal opinion for the section titled "Advice to Management." Absolute Business Solutions corporation (ABSc) is a relatively new company that has recently won several major contracts. This company respects its employees and recognizes talent. The Human Resources Department is wonderful, and while I have not interacted much with upper level management, my colleagues who have never cease to mention how nice and caring they are! Every time that I had an issue that was sent to HR, it was the same day, if not the next day, that I got a COMPREHENSIBLE response. Considering the inexperience in the lower level management (Site Leads) I would say that they performed beyond expectation.

ABSc is a newer company that is experience some growing pains. The business had some difficulties hiring the proper Program Managers and due to this several employees suffered. The company does have somewhat of a disregard for their relationship with the client and seems to place saving money above all else, even the client satisfaction. I have not received a performance evaluation even though I have worked for ABSc for quite some time now. I have witnessed some instances of unsatisfactory performance in coworkers, yet they have not been terminated. The final observation is with the recruiter that handled the hiring process for myself and several of my colleagues. The recruiter informed me that I would not be required to travel, as I had mentioned as one of my concerns when considering employment with ABSc. When I began working, I discovered that I would be required to travel as part of my employment despite my other obligation which I had made ABSc aware of. I believe another review mentions another instance of a recruiter from ABSc not being honest. I have also heard complaints from most of my colleagues regarding 'broken promises' that their recruiter made. This is not meant to reflect anything negative of the Recruiting Manager, every time I spoke with them it was a positive experience.
