Some of the colleagues i worked with were the only highlight to this awful company.

1. The owner is an absolute witch. Has her little minions that she gets to do her dirty work.
2. The owner’s daughter is (head of operations) - if she had her own backbone maybe things would be better
3. After 2 months of working there, thats when i got told of all the terrible things the mother and daughter do. People getting fired for taking carers leave, people getting fired for taking sick leave before their planned annual leave (all of this to employees that had been working there well over 12 months.
4. No HR! For a company that loves to state they have been running their agency for 30 years, i’m sure by now you would have a HR in place. Or is it that you don’t want HR because you don’t want someone telling you that 80% of how you treat your staff is against fairworks policy.
5. The staff are underpaid for the amount of work they do!
