Absolute Jobs has provided me an opportunity to grow into my position, and provided a great swift training - they taught me the ins and outs of recruiting and then introduced me to the business development side - introducing me to the market and their unique process for obtaining customers. When I interviewed, our CEO and COO spoke about the potential for growth ranging from the size of the company, the salary, and the bonuses. In almost one year I have seen that everything said in the interview rings true. This is a company with a moral compass that takes care of its people. The integrity of management when it comes to understanding people's needs is better than anywhere else I have ever worked. In my year on board, I have seen us place a diverse assortment of talented people in tailor made roles; what matters is "can the person do the job?" and "will they enjoy it?". We are career planners and I feel a great deal of sentiment and joy knowing that our daily tasks result in providing people across the country with better opportunities. Also, we provide our customers with the right people for the job - allowing customers to generate more revenue and plan their future with more great people around them.

We help lesser experienced candidates to get their start in a desired field, and we help very experienced candidates to land a position with higher pay or more room for growth. We work very hard to ensure that our candidates can be placed, our goal is to create a network of success and positivity by helping people find better work that allows them to meet their bills and live a more successful life. The more success that we can find for people, the more successful our company then becomes. If you do better for people and truly work your hardest to place candidates, you will find greater success at an individual level. We put a lot of pressure on ourselves to excel in service for our people and customers, therefore we expect the most from our people internally.
