It gives you a chance to immerse yourself into the sports world. For me as a lifelong sports fan, that was half the battle won already. In addition to that, the company gives its employees a lot of freedom and room for creativity as well as growth. New ideas are encouraged, innovative solutions are given due recognition, and at the same time each employee is made a part of the overall business targets. In a way, almost every employee at Sportskeeda is like a manager. The people in the organization are pretty young and chilled out, as you'd expect at a place dedicated to sports content, so that's another plus. The office atmosphere was quite nice when it was running, but since the pandemic it's become work-from-home for the foreseeable future. That is not really a problem though, since communication channels are always well-maintained.

Since Sportskeeda is an open platform where anyone can register and write, it can sometimes get a little intimidating to sift through the mountain of submissions - many of which are not of the greatest quality.
