The times are super flexible, and you can work on individual projects whenever is best for you! They schedule check-ins often and always keep you in mind when new projects are being implemented.

Sometimes the projects are mundane and feel repetitive, but you can always switch to something else. It's very data-driven here so be wary if you don't enjoy research and spreadsheets.

There is no strategy to keep clients. The sales team can make up their own rules and make promises they can't keep so it is an uphill battle for Account Management to keep clients happy. Management has no idea what they are doing and they are just making things up as they go along
