The previous review of July 2019 says it all. Especially, many people sitting on 'high chairs' dont have knowledge to solve doubts of those working under. The senior does not share knowledge and almost every senior in a particular team play the 'blame game' and victimizes the hard-working, genuine person. Unfortunate that the management supports these money wasters. You cannot learn anything here. The senior in a particular team is a cheat and spreads rumor about you, to safeguard itself as it lacks knowledge about the work, and blames you as an idiot without knowledge, even if you had been praised for your work previously - somewhere else. All this done to escape from feedback!! These people have been promoted not based on knowledge/skills; they make their team a gossip tent. If you want to learn some skills or develop your care, please go elsewhere. Those who know how to do politics and survive without doing job/do minimal, simple work while surfing net/reading ebooks - are welcome to join. Uneven salary among team members who do same work; high increments are given to those the 'higher powers' like.
