Great Summer Job - Recensione dipendente - Wrangler presso Academy Riding Stables

This is a great summer job! I wouldn’t stay here throughout the year as it gets slow in the winters but after spending a summer there I had tons of fun! Every day is different and the owner did little fun events like a summer kick off or got us tickets to the rodeo or would bring in lunch on Fourth of July.

There was a mean and bitter manager but they are no longer there.

-You get to work with horses -You can earn great tips -You can meet cool people

-Management is a bit testy, one member in particular is usually rude to everyone. Their voice is particularly terrible, you can hear the sarcastic and uncaring tone 24/7 -If you get hurt, they will eventually lay you off because you can no longer do the job (didn't happen to me, but I've seen it happen) -Sad to see some of the horses' conditions when they come in from the rental places (Sombrero Horses I'm looking at you) -You do get a lot of people on rides that lose their cognitive abilities and cannot ride to save their lives
