Noncompetititive pay, under paid employees where potential for raise is sometimes unfair. Even as a teamlead(supervisor) you can be extremely under paid and unappreciated as a worker. Lack of training by management and poor communication skills within the store. Late nights sometimes becasue of 10pm closing time and depending on the amount of managers you may get out at various hours of the night.
