Managers are willing to listen to tutor's ideas and suggestions. I was shy to bring up my idea before but what I was surprised is that my direct supervisor took it seriously and made it a proposal!!!! Unbelievable!!! I am so happy with such air of democracy!!!

There are many problems in tutor management before, i.e. late reply to tutor's inquiries but they are improving it bit by bit.
