Horrible Company - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Acadsoc

My experience at Acadsoc was awful. I've been accepted to interview, completed my profile and downloading their tools, do all the trainings and have a final demo. My final demo was horrible!My first demo, the student was absent! I wasted my time and reviewing the materials for the lesson but all of it was wasted. So I was resched again for my second demo. I supposedly expected that I will teach some kiddo probably based on the students materials lessons and the comments of the prev. Teachers was the student was a kid. The lesson I was gonna teach was just basic listen and repeat questions. But when the class is up, I was shocked that my student was a college girl and she suddenly changed the material! I know that it can happen too bcoz in the training they already said it, and I also read 3 lessons ahead of the lesson I was gonna teach just in case and Im still be prepared. But no! The topic was an article about Brazils Olympic! I was like shocked!!? I didnt study this at all and I dont know this all about! I still followed the flow of the lesson but what to expect right? ofcourse my explanations was not really clear and doing some impromptu script. It was a horrible experience! the camera of the student was off throughout the lesson. I dont think that the student was a "REAL" chinese student. Maybe it was still an Acadsoc employee pretending to be a "chinese student" Dont be fooled by this company. Two thumbs down!
