Managers/Supervisors are Chinese and are not very good at communicating with English so it's hard to talk to them whenever we encounter problems. Also, they just go on holiday or go on absent without informing us about what to do, because they are the ones who can open slots for classes. Trainers are also unreliable because whenever you ask them something when the manager/supervisor is not around, trainers will avoid your question or worst, don't reply to you anymore. They offer the lowest pay per class.
