Sad - Recensione dipendente - Homebased ESL Tutor presso Acadsoc

Ridiculous rules about cancellations, sometimes won't consider extenuating circumstances. The teaching point system is quite slow, almost makes it hard for tutors to get a promotion. Customer service staff/employees are unhelpful and useless most of the time. Most Team Managers are also unhelpful due to the number of tutors they are handling. Some are rude. Pay is quite low especially for tenured tutors who have certificates.
