At the time, it was flexible, and a lot of things were paid. I had stable booking and I was earning well. However, after the changes in China, they asked me to work for less money - I refused, after which I could only work 2 hours. Eventually, they fabricated some false reasons to fire me, together with other high paid teachers who refused salary decrese.
