The company has no empathy with the Teachers. No matter what you're experiencing and feeling, you're invalidated, You're always at fault. Rude students too. 90% of the students are rude, disrespectful, and impolite, They want to learn English but they don't want to be corrected. The company doesn't care if you're sick, dealing with natural disasters, or more. They will still give you penalties for no reason.
