Vantaggi
-To be frank, I have very few good things to say about this company. The only good thing is that they recently introduced flexible hours which allow us to actually work 40 hours/week (previously we worked 47.5 hours/week). Other than this, there are few benefits especially when compared with what other staffing firms are offering.
Svantaggi
-As can you see from the other reviews, management is hardly available to provide assistance or help with things. I once had a candidate threaten me and my manager did nothing but respond to an email chain. In fact, I only spoke with my manager once every two weeks, and that was if I made a lot of effort to schedule a call. -Management doesn't care about the type of team they're creating: they hire candidates without meeting them in person, they only meet team members face to face once every 2 years (and even then there is little interaction), complaints about inappropriate behavior go unaddressed and the list goes on... -The pay is really low compared with what other staffing firms offer. -Superior doesn't specialize in a certain field like most staffing firms do. You don't get the opportunity to specialize in one type of job/industry because you constantly have to play catch up to keep up with the other staffing firms who do specialize. Additionally, companies don't want to work with us because they can easily find a firm who does specialize in their field. -Managers act inappropriately. -Very few opportunities for beneficial training. -All in all, I would really not recommend working for Superior. Find a reputable staffing firm with a large team who will actually provide you with opportunities to learn and develop yourself.
