The learning curve is steep and pace can be intense as you need to manage multiple clients and end-customers. You need to be proactive, self-driven and comfortable navigating ambiguity. Benefits/commissions can be hard to come by as the tech we sell does require finding a product market fit, but not entirely impossible.

- Recently went through alot of changes in the company, they're not really big in terms of headcount but they layoff very often. Almost every quarter. -Since the role within the company changed, no proper structure on targets for SDR.
