This company takes advantage of recent grads by hiring them as 1099 employees and providing no benefits, but then offering none of the flexibility that should come with being an independent contractor. The owner would make completely inappropriate phone calls and comments while intoxicated (truly unhinged) but no HR dept to report to. Got payed with physical checks that were constantly a few days to even a week late. Insanely fast employee turnover, stay away
