In my role, I enjoy the ability to be hands-on for identifying opportunities for process improvements. I have really enjoyed seeing multiple departments make changes to provide consistent quality to our customers.

Combined with concerns shared by other employees, this can lead to frustration and uncertainty in the workplace.
