Good culture and smart coworkers. On the sales side, we have a lot of momentum right now. Lead volume is high (probably 90-95% inbound). The big change right now is the product has expanded and improved a lot over the last 2-3 year which is allowing us to close more deals and much more upmarket larger deals. As a sales person this is very nice.

Post covid when virtual events stopped it was ROUGH. Not much to sell and there was a reduction in the sales team during this period. Over the last two years, things have really picked back up though with a good product direction and marketing to pivot back to in person. Also I work a lot (there are a lot of deals to work) but it's still tiring.
