This is the most un-professional company that I have ever come across, first of all this is a "3rd party Outsourcing comany" means:- they hire and make you work for some other company or clients so they are just like 'broker' who takes more money from clients and pay you less, hence they don't have projects of their own or you will work for some other company. 2nd- After hiring they will make you give client Interviews which is again very hectic like 2-3 rounds, Important point here is they will 'fake your experience' like if you have 1/2 years of experience they will make it to 4/5 years because there is not much demand for freshers or 1/2 years, so if you get caught in interview then that's it gone-case!! 3rd- If you are not able to clear the client interviews(because obviously the interviews will be hard due to fake experience of 4/5+ years) after 1 or 1.5 months you will be "fired directly without notice." 4th- For this 1/1.5 months or even more you will not get salary! Whatever you do they will not give salary, they just keep saying you will get get, or even stop contact/connection with you! so by doing all this you will be wasting 1 or 2 even 3 months of your time that too without salary. At the time of joining/interview they will be soo good and say things to impress you and tell you will receive salary on time and get training/learning, but that's totally false!! This company just hires some fresher noobs and make them give client interview of fake experience and if they clear they will make money otherwise just they will throw them out, thinking that they cannot do anything. Another important thing is they do not have any Senior Employees or managers because who will join these kind of fake company, it has just 1 founder and his friend as manager who will not do anything just play with people's time! it is filled with few noobs who act like puppets and a noob HR who is also a puppet of founder. They also have another company in Maharashtra(QLORON Technology) which does simliar things and both of them jointly are fooling around people by saying they have branches and clients all over india. SO please don't consider joining this fake company, if you join you will come to know. If you ask some people working in it also they will tell good only because they will be fired if they tell the truth. I myself have faced all these personally and seen this happen to more than 4-5 people in front of my eyes hence I'm taking my time to write such a big review so people who think to join, should not join this fake company and do the mistake what I did and many others did too! If you join you will regret it for life.
