Buys small companies in the U.S. then sends the work overseas and lays off the U.S. employees. As part of that strategy, they make unrealistic margin and growth requirements. Changed employee benefits (health plans) mid-year without notification to a more costly program including the reset of extremely high deductible (lost all previous deductible expenses). Non-remarkable benefits: No 401K matching, costly benefits, no profit sharing, meager vacation time, etc. Offers to support career and performance growth, and accomplishment of goals and objectives, but the offers never materialize.

Compensation Practices – Annual merit increases were minimal, even for strong performers. While leadership spoke about wanting to scale and grow, they did not invest in the talent needed to make that a reality. Lack of Diversity in Hiring & Advancement – There was a noticeable imbalance in representation. Customer-facing roles were predominantly filled by individuals from white backgrounds, while most technical and back-office roles were staffed by employees of Indian descent, with a smaller mix of Asian and white employees. Leadership—largely of Indian background—appeared to favor candidates from similar backgrounds for key opportunities, creating an environment that did not feel equitable. Layoffs and Offshoring – The company conducted significant layoffs under the justification of becoming “lean” and shifting work offshore. This might have been understandable if not for the fact that many affected employees—including those with consistently strong performance reviews—were let go under questionable “performance” reasons. Summary: Limited to no career growth Discriminatory practices in hiring and promotions Minimal regard for employee well-being
