Great leadership. Fun environment.

Volatile business model dependent on providers.

Good office environment, nice perks provided by the company. The management attempts to inform employees of the company's financial status and upcoming engagements.

The working environment is immature and unprofessional. Management tolerated sexist and race bating comments and jokes in the office. Several persons in leadership positions lacked the skills necessary to lead and develop teams. Some of the louder and more offensive employees were promoted. Sadly talented and highly performing employees were overlooked for advances due to political issues. There was a high level of tension between IT teams. There was "questionable" behavior between management.
