There is work life balance and with the change in performance cycle your work will not be compared to your pear rather that would be based on your actual performance. Onshore opportunity in many projects. The higher management is easily approachable.

With the change in the performance cycle whenever you will leave this company your variable for the 3 months you have worked would be gone. Many times HR makes you serve the entire 3 months of notice period even when you are on bench. And with the current change in performance criteria if you are not promoted the increment has decreased drastically so is the variable and it is all in the hands of your supervisor and DU lead.
