      1. It is a great place to work. 2. Supportive co-workers , friendly atmosphere. 3. Good place to develop your skills. 4. Good Networking Opportunities. 5. Very good growth opportunities. 6. Nice pay and bonuses. 7. Ample opportunities to follow your hobbies. 8. Awesome salary hikes. 9. A lot of free facilities are provided . 10. And probably the most important , Accenture is a brand and it feels awesome to be a part of such an organisation.

      1. Competition is tough, as promotions and hike depends on peer reviews. 2. You get almost no say in anything at the fresher starting level. 3. You might sometimes feel lost in a sea of people, because there are 2 lac plus employees here.

      Great place to start a career. I learned a ton, got to see lots of different types of companies, and enjoyed my time at ACN.

      Project selection can vary widely. They don't want you sitting 'on the bench' so whatever project picks you is where you'll go for your first project.

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
