When I joined accenture, I was told that Accenture has very good policies and employee's view are always considered. But no one ready to listen here. HR dont care about anything. I would like to say it not only happened to me but also to some more people at Bangalore and Pune .I would also like to show proofs where they have put all my objectives as "Not Met" & Partial met.PIP is process at Accenture which is going to be do in old tool my performance .Accenture.com only to track each employee . Pls don't join Accenture in Bangalore as for New Joiners there will be extended of probation period as Accenture leads don't have any projects

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Svantaggi

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
