Easy to change domain /technologies within company. Good for freshers ASE who start career from here. Maximum things depends here on projects/managers and good things number is less.

No hike for 2-3 years for experienced lateral employees who changed company and joined them. Variable pay is a dream come true! If you ask hike reply is "you can change job and get hike". Max 40k-50k per annum though actual variable would be around 1.3L- 1.8L for mid level employees 5-8yrs experience. Each time supervisor will compare with other seniors who would be having 9-10yrs of experience. Maximum of the projects have no work/time limit 11hrs a day is something very normal for months. Senior members/managers continuing in same company for decades and clarifies you have to maintain good relationships if you want to survive in respective IG's and high level of politics to maintain their position/value.

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Svantaggi

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
