      Excellent benefits. Excellent boost for your career. You will learn a great deal, and you will be pushed to learn even more. Very fast paced company. Always in the game. Great knowledge sharing, and technology to facilitate such. If you are a solid, reliable performer, Senior Executives will pull strings to get you another role rather than lose you when the current engagement ends.

      Lose a lot of deals due to price being too high. Very margin driven company - very inflexible when it comes to dropping margin. Internal silo departments charge each other margin, or so it seems. Way too much travel -- if you are not ready for 5 days on the road per week - this is not for you.

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
