The pay is astoundingly low. Accenture's raises are well below the market average, bonuses are well below market average, and salary is well below market average. In general someone leaving this company can expect to get paid 10-20k more by a competitor. Accenture has also decided to virtually freeze promotions this year. So while many qualified individuals are performing at the next level, pay and title does not reflect that. You can expect to work very long hours and not get rewarded at Accenture. If you work at Accenture just make sure to learn as much as you can and leave, this company is not interested in keeping employees long term. And if you don't work here but are interested in working here, tread cautiously. This company has very poor work-life balance and even worse pay.
