There is open communication and knowledge sharing, and everyone is encouraged to voice out their ideas. People are recognized and valued for their contributions. Plus you get to work with really good, talented, and smart people. A company that I really looked forward going to everyday. During my more than 3 years stay in the company, I've worked with some of the best leaders and people I've ever worked with in my IT career. Definitely learned a LOT from them. Definitely a great place to work (for the right people, I guess). A company I may consider working for again in the future :)

The workload and deadlines are a bit demanding so you have to be really good at managing your time to be able to maintain work/life balance. But you are growing and learning a lot in exchange, so not really bad at all. The compensation is not very market-competitive, but the training you'll get is definitely one of the best ;)
