the enviorment and culture is great here. also work load is not that much. also if you are not liking a project, you can change your project and even domain switching is allowed. so you can decide which domain you best fit in and you can get transferred to that domain.

first of all compensation offered is not good compared to other companies. also appraisal process is not that good and transparent. appraisal should be given based on performance not simply on maintaining relationship with your manager. thats all i can think as of now. i hope it helps. thanks.
