Partners are money grubbers - Recensione dipendente - Senior Specialist presso Accenture

I worked at Accenture for 15 years. Had great reviews every year. Even though Accenture had Total Net Income in 2009 of 1.6 billion I got laid off with a bunch of other people in my group. And the jobs moved to india. One of the horrible things was that as they were pushing us out the door, not one person tried to move us to another position in the company. You would think they would want to keep trained employees around. My advice would be for new college graduates to take a job. However don't give them your life. They will chew you up and spit you out. Take what you can from them and move on.
