Like if the Deliver Unit is going to grow, their is opertunity for you to grow(This is not true everywhere, bcoz most of the time they choose to higher lateral rather than give promotion to the existing high performer) - If being a lateral, their are plenty of opertunities.

- Depending on the project, it can become 80-84 hrs a week. - Very less salary hike. - Latest data (From 01-Jan-2010 to 01-Mar-2010) more than 4500 employees(more than 10%) gave resignation because of no salary increase for last 3yrs. - Never join Accenture as a fresher, and if their is no option then dont stay for long, bcoz if you choose accenture to be your 2nd or 3rd employeer, you will be in a profitable place, as accenture hires lateral in good pay package and many a time provide onsite opertunity to them also(depends on buisness case and luck). - HRs are like dumm head with no power at all. They are been used as a media to broadcast management information to the employees and steal some valuable employee time by conducting baseless connect session without much in their hand to give to employee.
